Adam is a graduate in civil engineering majoring in structural engineering with a minor in architecture. He worked as a consulting engineer, and then co-founded the Descon Group of companies in 1979. These are companies that developed many subdivisions and quality custom homes, gated communities and remodeling in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Adam is a strong believer in quality work that gets delivered “On Time and On Budget” at every price level. He is also a strong believer in continuing education as a way to continuously improving products and services. He has always been an active member in the community and in the industry serving on many boards. Adam served as a member of the local (GHBA) and the National (NAHB) Board of Directors. In 2012 he was elected as a Life Member of the board of directors of the Texas Association of Builders. He is also a Texas board certified Professional Engineer, Graduate Master Builder, Graduate Master Remodeler and Certified Green Building Professional. As a member of the Structural Committee of the Foundations Performance Association, Adam has co-authored several papers on best practices and improving foundation performance. In his spare time Adam enjoys playing golf and fine dining. As the General Manager of Incredible Homes, Adam is involved in all aspects of the operation from the initial site visit, architecture and structural design, team building and ensuring quality and timeliness.
Raghda is a talented home decorator and a Certified Home Stager with over 25 years of experience She has decorated and set up hundreds of award winning model homes, assisted clients in their color and material selections and shopping for furniture and accessories for Descon Homes/Incredible Homes & Renovations’ clients. Raghda realizes the importance of incorporating interior design in planning the remodel of existing and addition of new space while accommodating existing furniture and personal lifestyle. Raghda also plays a key role in advising clients on their selection of styles, and finishes and makes the design process an enjoyable and fun process.
Carolina is the key member of the creative design team at Incredible Homes & Renovations. She graduated with a bachelor degree in Architecture and has gained great experience in residential design, ranging from single family homes to multi-family developments. She has also worked as an interior designer specializing in the use of modern European styles and furnishings. As the architectural designer at Incredible Homes, Carolina is in charge of architectural design and helping clients with creative solutions to fit their lifestyles. She also plays a key role advising customers on the selection of styles, colors and finishes.
Deanna manages all accounting functions including; invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, office budget and payroll. She designs and implements office policies, updates health and safety policies and ensures that they are being adhered to as well as making sure that all personnel files are up to date. She also ensures an adequate supply of stationery and supplies in the office and maintains the office equipment and schedules repairs when necessary. Deanna handles all the day to day office needs, organizes and supervises all of the administrative activities that facilitates good interoffice relations. She makes sure that she stays up to date in industry standards by continuing education, participating in workshops and continually learning about new office management procedures.
William earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston. He has been working in the field of residential construction for 5 years. He has built new LEED certified homes and has remodeled and restored historic homes here in Houston. William is a strong believer in delivering quality product on time and within budget while always exceeding the clients’ expectations.
Beyond the eternal smile and efficient PR handling, Perla is an important member of the Incredible team. She is the face of the company with the clients, trade partners and vendors. Perla receives all requests for new projects, goes through the initial telephone assessment then schedules site assessments. She schedules design and budget meetings as well as handles our award-winning customer service experience. She listens to the customers’ service requests and tries to troubleshoot, then schedules the particular trades to do the repairs. Perla is very resourceful when it comes to searching for product alternatives for our clients.
