Our house came out GREAT! Adam and his team designed us a beautiful home that converted our 1950’s ranch house into a updated 2-story farmhouse. Carolina was very creativity in her designs and listened to what we wanted for our house. Despite tough weather challenges and some back-ordered products, they were able to meet the construction deadline. The online portal that they use allows you to keep track of next steps and makes it easy to track change orders. Ryan (our project manager) was great to work with and always kept us informed. Adam was a pleasure to work with and no question was ever too small for him. . I would highly recommend Incredible Renovations for anyone looking to remodel or build.

We had Incredible Renovations add an entire new 2nd floor to our house as we were expecting a 3rd child and needed the room. Expecting a child, obviously timing and cost were important. They delivered on budget and even more important for us on time. Obviously during the project there were numerous hiccups. During each one Adam Bakir, the owner of Incredible Renovations was reasonable and we came to an agreeable solution. One particular incident was that my control wire to my front sprinkler was severed. While I wanted a new wire at the time, Adam requested that he splice the wire instead of running a complete new wire. He promised to stand by the splice. This last week, approximately 4 years after the incident, the entire front sprinkler system quit. I emailed Adam and he immediately stated get it fixed and send me the bill. In a world where more and people fail to accept responsibility or don’t deliver as promised, Adam and Incredible Renovations are a reminder there are still people and businesses in this world who do the right thing. If you are in need of home remodeling or know of someone who is, I highly recommend Adam and Incredible Renovations. I’m sure many of you either have personal home remodeling horror stories or know someone who does. I have a positive story.

We liked that Incredible Renovations was able to do the 3D modeling so that we could see what our house would look like before we started the project. This was our first remodel so we didn’t realize how important it was to spend lots of time up front getting the design exact because changing things after the fact is difficult. Overall, we loved everything.

We loved our remodel and we know our friends will too!

I hired Incredible Renovation to add a second floor to our house. We added a large game room, bedroom, bathroom, and a large 20 foot long closet/sewing area for storage and projects. I was very happy with my experience. The most important thing for me was the one stop shop aspect of working with them. I did not have to go to an architect to have my plans drawn, then take to an Engineer to get a seal of approval. They listened to our wishes and came up with a great plan and built it in a timely manor. They got all the necessary permits and we had no surprises. We are happy with the final build out and love the extra space and the added value to our home.

The team at Incredible Renovations is very professional and caring. Joana, our project manager, attended to all the small details. We had a rather large project, so there were many small issues that needed to be looked at a second time. Joana made sure that everything was addressed and that we were happy. She is very smart, professional, and capable. Franco is extremely competent and great at diagnosing issues. We had a leak in our ceiling of which three other plumbers and roofers whom we hired before we began the renovation were not able to correctly identify the cause. Franco figured it out in about 10 minutes, and we were able to address the issue in the renovation project. They did a lovely job renovating our powder bath and a full bath ( pics included). They gave great design ideas including to make the arch in the powder room and to open up the staircase. I enthusiastically recommend Incredible Renovations.

I will make a recommendation to any person renovating an older home: Demo old walls if they are not smooth as a new coat of paint and other upgrades will not look good against an old, bumpy wall. Also, if you can afford it, add crown molding everywhere including the bathrooms…makes a huge difference!
